Today, it’s Friday Flush, this time with the topic Darjeeling Follow Friday.
The first tweeter that I want you to meet is Lisa Boalt Richardson (@lisaknowstea) at Lisa Knows Tea.

Lisa is one of the first 15 in the world to achieve the Certified Tea Specialist title from the Specialty Tea Institute (2008) and has now achieved the level 4 certification. She is also a tea teacher at Emory University and Le Cordon Bleu, a professional speaker, and a author of the award-winning book ‘Tea with a Twist; Entertaining and Cooking with Tea‘ (2009) and ‘The World in your Teacup: Celebrating Tea Traditions Near and Far’ (2010) .
Unfortunately, I have not read the books yet, but I certainly will order them in the near future.
Today, Lisa wrote the great blog post Darjeeling Tea & First Flush. In the post, she informs us about the Darjeeling district, it’s specific terroir, seasons, and mentions why she loves the Darjeeling tea from the Glenburn Tea Estate so much.
Now, I will go sipping some great Darjeeling tea from Indiska Thé & Kaffe Magasinet in Gothenburg, Sweden.
